Diverse personalities discovering their love types

Start with everyday situations

Do you feel recharged after meeting friends, or need quiet time afterward? Do you prefer a plan for a date, or room to improvise? These are the kinds of preferences this quiz asks about.

Your answers produce a brief profile. Compare it with specific experiences: keep observations that help and question descriptions that do not fit.

16 combinations of four preferences

The four dimensions describe social energy, attention to concrete details or possibilities, decision priorities, and planning preferences. Two directions per dimension produce 16 possible letter combinations.

These categories simplify a more complex person. A result does not measure relationship quality, attachment style, or compatibility with a partner.

What this quiz does

A clear method, with clear limits

This is an independently created quiz inspired by the E/I, S/N, T/F, and J/P labels. It is not the official MBTI assessment and is not affiliated with its publisher or 16Personalities.

The homepage has 26 statements. The separate Love MBTI page has 12 either-or questions; its wording and scoring differ, so the results are not interchangeable.

Neither quiz has been validated as a psychological assessment. Use the labels as prompts for reflection, not as a diagnosis or a prediction about a relationship.

Four preference pairs

E/I: social energy; S/N: details or possibilities; T/F: decision priorities; J/P: structure or flexibility.

Transparent scoring

Each dimension uses its own questions. Agreement adds points toward the first letter; disagreement adds points toward the second.

Ways to use your result

Move from a letter label to a specific conversation

Notice your social energy

If quiet time helps you recharge after a date, explain that need rather than expecting a partner to guess.

Compare planning habits

Discuss how much of a weekend to plan in advance and what can stay spontaneous.

Name a communication need

Ask: “Would you like me to listen first, or help think through options?” Then check what your partner actually needs.

Check against experience

Think of a recent event that fits your result and one that does not. A short quiz cannot describe every context.

Talk together

Each person can answer separately, then discuss one difference. The site does not calculate a couple score or rank ideal partners.

Share a short result

The share button sends result text or copies it to your clipboard. Share only what you are comfortable making public.

How to take the quiz

Take your time and use recent everyday examples

1

Choose what usually fits

Read each statement and select your level of agreement based on how you usually act, rather than an ideal version of yourself.

2

Read the four-letter summary

Scores are calculated separately for the four dimensions. A score near the middle means a small answer change can change that letter.

3

Choose one useful action

Discuss one preference or try one small change. The type is a starting point for reflection, not a rule to follow.
